My style of talking therapy aims to understand, as well as change patterns of behaviour and ways of relating to others, that interfere with achieving the life we wish to lead.
Our work together can assist you in understanding your personality and how this has been shaped by experience, decisions and beliefs, particularly those from childhood. Through understanding these processes they become available to influence and change in the here and now.
