Whilst face to face sessions are a traditional way to engage in therapy, many clients and therapists are now preferring online working.
Online working could meet your need for flexibility and may be more geographically convenient, or easier to schedule around your other commitments.
I use Zoom, a video call system, similar to Skype or FaceTime.
The security and privacy offered by this system is much higher and meets the General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) and HIPPA requirements.
You can book an appointment with me, using the links below.
Details of how to join our online session will then be sent to you.
Please note bookings cannot be made less than 24 hours in advance.
Before we begin you may wish to check your internet connection and equipment are working properly.
You may want to ensure you’re going to be alone and free from interruptions.
I also recommend making sure you're comfortably seated and have a few minutes before and after the session for reflection.
If the are no suitable slots available, email me your requirements to arrange a session that fits your timetable.
